OK - it looks like you're doing it right with the FFUPG.EXE.
What parameters are you passing?
You should be able to do it with DO ffupg WITH "C:\myapp\ff30v5\","C:\myapp\ff80\",.T.

Got ffupg to run successfully - not sure what I was doing wrong before, but after uninstalling Foxfire 8 and my app and starting over clean, it ran without error. After starting the upgraded version, however, it's looking for FFREQGRP.DBF, which exists in \ff80\dbfs, but not the upgraded version. I copied it from \ff80\dbfs into the dbfs folder of the upgraded version, and then the upgraded version runs. The upgraded version throws errors frequently, though, and is not usable at this point. I'll get back to you with details once I narrow it down some.
