This is a common question and the problem is usually that the Visual FoxPro libraries are missing present.

So try this:

1. Go back to the home page on this site and download the VFP Runtime libraries by clicking the link that says "VFP8 Runtime."

2. Install them and then re-try to open the installed Foxfire! v8+ demo.
