Error when paying but I discount of the credit card.

hello to all,
The day the 1 of June of the 2007 realize purchase of the product “Foxfire! 8+ Windows Developer Edition” in the process of checkout gave to error but the purchase me IF credit card were discounted to me. That I must do?

Hi Jahir.

Not sure what you're referring to specifically. Are you getting an error when you attempt to check out?

In looking at our logs, it shows that the card was declined due to an invalid address verification - so you may want to confirm that the address you are using is the same as is on the credit card.

Let me know if this does not work.

I have tried it again and it does not work.

The certain thing is that the bank already made the transaction effective.

What do you mean by " bank already made the transaction effective."?

Did your bank charge you for this transaction? If so, you may want to contact them directly as we have not processed the card in question.

Did your bank charge you for this transaction? : YES
Make the attempt 3 times and the 3 transactions were loaded. It communicates to me directly with the bank and they say to me that you must make the return of those transactions.
Please aid.
