We had replied on this privately via email but to re-iterate here:

1. You can download the VFP 9 runtime from this site.
2. Do you have VFP 9 at all? If not, you can simply use the FFSTART program included with Foxfire! to access your files.
3. Yes, Foxfire! 8+ can read FoxPro 2.x files, as well as native DBF files from dBase III and other compatible applications.
