1. There is a base cost for the server and then a subsequent cost for users. How many users are you anticipating?
2. The Web developer edition includes Foxfire! 8+.
3. $495 provides you with the web developer edition (including source for the Windows designer) and a personal server license. I will have to check on the availability of source for the web edition.
