Re: Deploy foxfire web version

Good day Andrew

It has been more than a year since our last conversation (myself and Jerry) after seeing your demo online. I'm Chiew here and I have some questions hopes to get your reply:-

1.  Can we have a demo copy of the Foxfire Web Reporting to try on since we are still very keen to evaluate it to see whether we can incorporate it into our web application? We did try before many times after sending to the said email addresss, we don't get any reply from the host. Please let me know that how can we download the demo copy

2.  May I know that what is the largest users base that has been using the Foxfire Web Reporting (from what you are aware of)? The reason being currently our web application do open up for thousand of users to access online (24x7) and each users do have the right to print their own reports. It could possible have ten or hundred of users running the same or different reports at the same time. As such we need to know whether Foxfire Web Reporting is designed to cater for large user base environment.

Hopes to hear from your very soon!

Thanks and Regards.

Re: Deploy foxfire web version
Hi - Chiew.

1. We hadn't received any emails from you recently - what email address did you attempt to contact? We can certainly send you a demo license for the Queue Manager. Email me at support@foxfirereporting.com and we can get it started.

2. I would have to check with our current set of users about how many users they are running with. With regards to multiple users, Foxfire! Web can support a wide number of users however, it runs in synchronous fashion. What you can do to support multiple threads is run multiple instances of our Queue Manager. You can run them on the same server or on multiple application servers to increase your throughput.

Andrew
